Below is the whole process from beginning to end, in every detail!

1. Get your free, no-obligation quote or get in contact so we can help you
2. Choose whether you’d like your free Memory Box to be dispatched or if you’d like a phone call first to discuss further details
3. Receive your free Memory Box. You can take as long as you like to return it. You can also change your mind at any time. If you decide that you no longer wish to use our service, we will not ask you to return the box or to pay for it. The box is yours!
4. Put the old media that you want digitised in the Memory Box. We digitise all sub-types of video tape, audio tape, cine film and photograph.
5. When you feel ready, you can take your Memory Box to a UPS drop-off point or use our portal to arrange a home collection with UPS. You can also arrange your own delivery if you wish.
6. We receive your Memory Box at our lab. Our logistics team take stock of your items. If there are extras, we will call and email you to update your quote.
7. Your items are inspected for damage, mould and dust. If they need repair or cleaning, this is done at no extra cost to yourself.
8. Your items are digitised by our team of technicians using specialist technology. If you’d like to know more about our processes for each type of media, please refer to What we Convert in the header menu.
9. Your digitised memories are uploaded to your free online album. We will send you the link to the album so that you can review the quality. If you’re not happy with any aspect of the digitisation, we’ll do our best to make it so you are happy.
10. Once you’re satisfied with the results, you can choose whether you’d like your memories put onto a USB or set of DVDs. You can choose to just have the free online album.
11. Once all uploads to your chosen output formats are complete, we will send you an online invoice. We use the widely-recognised service Stripe to facilitate this payment.
12. UPS safely transports your Memory Box back to your home. Inside it are your original media items and your new digital memories.
13. Now it’s time to gather the family for a memory movie night! Laugh and cry as you relive old times together.

You can arrange a convenient collection by UPS through our portal. We'll give you access to the portal once you've made an order.

Claiming your free Memory Box is completely non-binding. If you choose not to proceed with digitisation, you don't need to send it back and we won't ask for any money.

You might not know if your item is blank or not. If it turns out to be blank, we will refund you for that item.

If we receive an item in poor condition, we clean and repair it at no additional cost.

If it can't be gotten to a condition where it can be digitised, you'll be refunded for that item.

Yes! We send a complete cataloguing system in your Memory Box that lets you tell us what to call all of your new digital files and folders.

Your complimentary cloud album will contain your whole order.

You have the choice to add USBs or DVD sets to your order. You only need one of either to contain your whole order but you can order more.

The USB Premium is a popular choice to give as a gift.

Yes! And we do not charge extra for this service.

The average turnaround time cross all our years of operation is 3-4 weeks, but this can vary.
